Halloween

Prior to the actual trick or treat night we enjoyed some pre-halloween festivities. A few weeks ago we met up with my sister and parents at a pumpkin patch and the kids had a great time at some of the little activities, picking pumpkins and shooting others out of a pumpkin cannon and corn shooter. They loved seeing their cousin and we got some cute pictures of the crew. The kids picked out costumes, Heather a witch, Charlie a Bakugan draganoid, and Cameron a lion. We tested out a few trick-or-treats following their school parties (cute!!) including one at the greek houses on campus, the main street of town, and then the "traditional" neighborhood outing. The kids had fun each time, the first two on our own and in the "hood" with a few different friends. Cameron had no fear going up to houses and did pretty well with his thank you's when prompted. He was a cute little toddling lion although he mostly did not want his hood up so he was in his natural "mane" most of the night.
